			==Style ==
			Pseudo-Gothic mansion built шт 1880-1890s, no later than 1895. The architect is not known for certain, but there is a version that the project was developed by S.I. Zagoskin and V.R. Krichevsky.

			To date, the entire original interior has been preserved: facade stucco, a monolithic front staircase, a large stained-glass window, arches, bay windows, etc.

			==History==
			Since its construction, the mansion has changed several owners until it was transferred to the Kharkiv department of the League Against Tuberculosis.

			On December 6, 1912, under the leadership of the League, an outpatient clinic for tuberculosis patients was opened. For 7 years it functioned continuously and free of charge. Over the years, a huge number of patients have been examined, the fate of tens of thousands of people, including refugees and wounded front-line soldiers, has been alleviated.

			Until the end of the 1930s, the house housed the Koch Central Tuberculosis Dispensary.

			After the Second World war, the house was inhabited.

			In 2015, the facade of the building was completely restored, and the house itself was reconstructed. The house changed color from yellow to green.
